Classic Cheese Burger Delight

Ingredients:
• 200g ground beef
• 2 slices of cheddar cheese
• 2 hamburger buns
• 1 tablespoon ketchup
• 1 tablespoon mustard
• 1 small onion, diced
• 1 tomato, sliced
• Lettuce leaves
• Salt and pepper to taste
Kitchen Tools Needed:
• Grill
• Medium frying pan
• Spatula
• Measuring cups
• Mixing bowl
• Knife
Instructions:
• Preheat the grill or medium frying pan over medium-high heat.
In a mixing bowl, season the ground beef with salt and pepper. Form into two equal patties.
Cook the patties on the grill or in the frying pan for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until cooked to your desired doneness.
Place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty during the last minute of cooking to melt.
Toast the hamburger buns lightly on the grill or in the pan until golden.
Assemble the burgers by spreading ketchup and mustard on the bottom half of each bun.
Add the cooked patty with melted cheese, followed by diced onions, tomato slices, and lettuce leaves.
Top with the other half of the bun and serve hot.
