  • Save Time: With a meal plan, there’s no more 4:00 PM panic about what to make for dinner. Instead, you already know what’s on the menu and have the groceries ready.
  • Save Money: If you shop with a plan, it’s easier to buy only what you need, waste less food, and avoid those extra trips to the grocery store.
  • Skip the Takeout: When dinner is planned and your fridge is stocked, you’re less likely to hit the drive-thru. Plus, you’ll save money while making busy weeknights a little easier!

Meal Planning with Leftovers

Don’t forget about those leftovers! I store ours in airtight containers in the fridge. Then, by the weekend, we can use up what’s left for an easy dinner with no extra cooking. It saves food, money, and gives me a night off!
