Ingredients:

• 400g of ground beef
• 4 slices of cheddar cheese
2 whole wheat burger buns
• 1 tablespoon of olive oil
• 1 small onion, finely chopped
• 1 garlic clove, minced
1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
• 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika
• Salt to taste
• Black pepper to taste
• Lettuce leaves for topping
• Tomato slices for topping
• Pickles for topping

Kitchen Tools Needed:

• Grill
• Mixing Bowl
• Spatula
• Knife
• Chopping Board

Instructions:

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, chopped onion, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix until just combined.
Divide the meat mixture into two equal portions and shape them into patties. Make a slight indentation in the center of each patty with your thumb.
Brush the grill with olive oil to prevent sticking.
Place the patties on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium doneness, adding a slice of cheese on top for the last minute of cooking to melt.
While the burgers are cooking, you can toast the burger buns on the grill until golden brown.
Assemble the burgers by placing a lettuce leaf on the bottom bun, followed by the cheeseburger patty, tomato slices, and pickles. Top with the other half of the bun and serve hot.
